Accessibility Statement

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or a browser with motion or scripting restricted.

What we have done

• Every page can be operated with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
• A "Skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches, so the navigation can be bypassed.
• Every photograph carries alt text describing what is in it, not a filename.
• Animation is limited to a small fade on scroll and a hover lift. Both switch off entirely when your system asks for reduced motion.
• Page content is rendered on the server, so it stays readable even if JavaScript fails to load.
• Form fields have real labels, and validation errors are announced to assistive technology rather than shown only in colour.
• Text and background colours are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast.

Known limitations

The institute logo is currently available only as a small bitmap, so it may look soft on a high-resolution display. Where the college has not yet supplied content — the faculty roster, the fee schedule and the approval PDFs — those sections say what is missing and give a phone number, rather than showing an empty page.
